2025 Holiday Limited “Kiyosumi Mug”
Every year, Blue Bottle offers a special holiday-season limited design mug. This year, marking the 10th anniversary of the brand’s launch, we introduce a rich Azuki Red color.
Each mug is handcrafted using a glazing technique called “dobonuri” (also known as dobokake), in which the vessel is fully dipped into glaze and then lifted out, coating the entire surface in one motion. This method creates a simple yet powerful texture.
Due to the transparent qualities of the glaze and its natural variations in depth and tone, each piece has its own unique expression—no two mugs are exactly alike, a true charm of handcrafted work.
